A new luxury home community is set to open in Hopkinton. Toll Brothers Inc. announced its newest single-family home community, Newbury Glen, will open in late spring. It will include twenty single-family homes, each on one acre or larger lots on Fitch Avenue.

Homes are available in five designs from 3,406 square feet to 4,747-plus square feet, all featuring home offices, flex rooms, multi-generational suites, finished basements and lofts, as well as outdoor living spaces that open to private wooded backyards. “Newbury Glen showcases the best in luxury living in one of the most desirable communities in Massachusetts,” said Dave Bauer, Toll Brothers of Massachusetts division president.
