Coldwell Banker’s Richard Hornblower and Katelyn Kerins are bringing to market a new income-restricted development in Brighton. The city of Boston accepted applications for the units last week which will be chosen via a lottery system. Hornblower says the development is one of the “largest developments in Boston for buildings with income-restricted homes.”

Those floor plans include thirteen one-bedroom condos in the eight percent AMI, thirteen one-bedroom condos in the eighty to one hundred percent AMI, five two-bedroom condos in the eighty percent AMI, five two-bedroom condos in the eighty to one hundred percent AMI, one three-bedroom condo in the eighty percent AMI and one three-bedroom in the eighty to one hundred percent AMI.
Developed by Residences at Soldiers Field Place Condominium Limited Partnership with SMC Management Corporation, 21 Soldiers Field Place includes a courtyard and underground parking with EV charging stations. Units have modern kitchens with stainless steel appliances. The property also features Wi-Fi-enabled thermostats, first-floor locked storage and a dog park on the property as pets are allowed with restrictions.
