BURLINGTON, MA — KeyPoint Partners negotiated a lease with Kadrmas Eye Care New England at Wareham Marketplace, Wareham, Massachusetts. Vice Presidents of Leasing Don Mace and Rob Grady represented the landlord in the transaction. Kadrmas Eye Care will open a new location in a three thousand and sixty square foot space between Aldi and Dollar Tree. Wareham Marketplace is a new center located on Cranberry Highway (Route 28) in Wareham, near the crossroads of I-495 and I-195 between Walmart Supercenter and Target, close to Lowe’s, TJ Maxx, Old Navy, Michaels, DSW, and others.
