Coldwell Banker’s Gail Roberts, Ed Feijo Team named top performing small sales team: Massachusetts Homebuyers Homeownership
Gail Roberts, Ed Feijo & Team of Coldwell Banker Realty New England’s Cambridge office has been named the No. one top performing Coldwell Banker small sales team in the country for the fourth year in a row.
The award is based on adjusted gross commission income. The team secured more than three hundred million dollars in sales in 2021, an increase of more than one hundred million dollars in closed sales volume from 2020.

The team consistently ranks in Coldwell Banker’s elite top one percent of teams internationally, according to a company release. Roberts and Feijo are also members of the International Luxury Alliance and have been recognized by The Wall Street Journal’s REAL Trends “The Thousand” report. “Year after year, the team’s ability to cultivate long lasting relationships and provide a tailored experience for each and every client sets an amazing example for real estate professionals in New England and beyond,” said Pauline Bennett, president, Coldwell Banker Realty in New England. “I greatly admire the team’s ability to achieve such impressive results, while also prioritizing humor and fun in every interaction.”
Outside of work, Roberts and Feijo both devote time to philanthropy. Roberts sits on multiple non profit boards, including UNICEF USA, the Cambridge Community Foundation, The Huntington Theatre, the Overseers of Mount Auburn Hospital and Furnishing Hope of Massachusetts. Feijo is a member of the board of directors of the Cambridge Community Foundation, the Center for Coastal Studies and Furnishing Hope of Massachusetts.
