North Andover, MA – Nordlund Associates, Inc. negotiated the sale of 49 Orchard Hill Road, North Andover MA, a 28,800 SF Industrial / Flex Building. The building sold for $4,000,000. Chris Everest of Nordlund represented the Seller, AAA Northeast, and secured the Buyer, Kaloutas & Co. The property was previously Owner occupied by AAA with a regional corporate office, and automotive services facility providing roadside assistance to members in Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire.
AAA has reached agreement with Kaloutas & Co. to lease a portion of the building with a satellite facility for its automotive services. Headquartered in Providence, Rhode Island, AAA Northeast is one of the largest not-for-profit organizations that provides advocacy on behalf of all motorists, as well as specialized services for its 5.7 million members, including automotive services, financial services, insurance and travel throughout parts of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and all of Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
