Constructed in the early 1960s, 90-100 Central Street underwent a third floor addition and extensive renovations in 2012. It also features off street parking in both the front and rear of the building. This property has a strong occupancy history, long term tenants with multiple year extensions. It is ideally located 5.9 miles from Framingham Commuter Rail and 30.7 miles from Logan International Airport.
