Needham, MA: NAIOP Massachusetts Announces 2022 Leadership, Jessica Hughes of Tishman Elected President: Massachusetts Homebuyers Homeownership

 Needham, MA- At its recent Annual Meeting earlier this month, NAIOP Massachusetts, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, elected its 2022 Officers and Directors, who include the principals of many of the region’s leading commercial real estate firms. Jessica Hughes of Tishman Speyer was elected President of NAIOP Massachusetts for 2022.

In this capacity, she will work closely with NAIOP staff and Chapter leadership to guide the organization. Tom Andrews of Alexandria Real Estate Equities, who served as the 2021 President, will serve as Board Chair. Patrick McMahon of Federal Realty Investment Trust becomes President Elect. Kirk Sykes of Accordia Partners will serve as Treasurer, and Doug Manz of HYM Investment Group becomes Secretary.

NAIOP Massachusetts also elected the following industry leaders to the Board with terms ending in 2024, Herby Duverne of Rise Together; Carlos Febres-Mazzei of Quaker Lane Capital; William Gause of Leggat McCall Properties; David Greaney of Synergy Investments; Erin Harvey of EQT Exeter; Doug Karp of New England Development; Dara Kovel of Beacon Communities; Rob Kubica of The Davis Companies; Marci Loeber of Griffith Properties; Michael Murphy of Fidelity Investments; and Tony Richards of MassHousing.
