1-9 North Beacon Street/491 Cambridge Street is a 5,700-square-foot, single-story building on a 9,900 square foot lot. The property is contiguous with 479-489 Cambridge Street, which is a single-story building containing approximately 6,100 square feet on a 9,500 square foot lot. The properties are located in the middle of busy Union Square.
